HOW TO MAKE A MORNING ROUTINE

Once again, it’s all about routine, routine, routine!! Give your bodies what they need and love and let’s get some healthy habits going!

One thing we can all agree on is, if you don’t see it, you don’t use it. Just like explained the other day about the bedtime routine, make sure you have a designated storage spot in plain sight for you to quickly grab and go for the day. Do you have a spot you go to every morning before you get your day started? If so, create a spot near this area to display all your favorite oily goodness! 

Waking up can be such a drag, but nothing starts off the day better than creating a routine to feel refreshed and focused.

KICKSTART YOUR DAY

  1. Place a bottle of Peppermint next to your alarm clock! How about instead of pressing snooze 50x, you grab that bottle of Peppermint and take a whiff! You wanna wake up, THAT’S the way to do it! Nothing will give your brain a jumpstart better than good ole Mr. Pepp!
  2. Once you’ve sniffed your Peppermint to get you out of the bed, go straight to washing your face. I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel fully awake until I rinse my face. A great face wash to add to your morning routine is Orange Blossom! If you’re a morning shower person, a great soap to try is Morning Start!
  3. Nothing reflects a greater morning routine than starting off your days with supplements that give your body the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that it needs to function properly. Some favorites are: Masters Formula, Mulitgreens, Ningxia Red, Omegagize, and any of the Super B!
  4. Once you’ve taken your supplements, grab your favorite oil and/or blend to add to your wrists and neck to keep you staying emotionally supported throughout the day. Not to mention, smelling divine too! ; )
