HOW TO GET HELP
We love nothing more than helping everyone on a one on one basis, but sometimes that just not feasible with tens of thousands of people! Here are some great ways to get support from our JoyDropper & Young Living Team.

There are a couple of different ways you can reach out to Young Living to get help, which is great!
LIVE CHAT-
Once you open up Young Living's website on your phone or computer, at the bottom right, you'll see a little purple circle in the bottom right corner that says chat with a smiley face.
If you click on that small little icon, you will then be directed to a live chat with one of the customer service representatives! This is a super convenient and quick way to get in contact with CS especially when you’re trying to multitask and don’t want to remain on the phone waiting to chat. Have your member number ID and 4 digit pin ready and they will help you with all of your needs! You can get help with making a one time order, changing your monthly order processing date, troubleshooting any tech issues, assisting with downline sign up, tracking an order or dealing with any shipping issues and/or having any general questions!
MEMBER SERVICES-
If you’re not tech savvy or don’t have a computer handy and prefer to make a phone call for any of those needs above, you can always call young living member services at 1-800-371-3515. Having this number on hand is always good to have especially if you’re out and about on the go (especially when it comes to signing new members up!). Give your new signups this number to have as well!
Depending on the time of the month or the call volume, some waits can be longer than others. No worries, YL gets better and better when it comes to meeting our needs as members. YL is known to go above and beyond when it comes to making their members happy. If there is any error or issue, when they are notified, they will MAKE SURE it gets fixed and will provide you with more than enough help.
With the fast growth within the past couple of years, YL definitely had to make some adjustments when it comes to accommodating needs. However, they never cease to amaze when it comes to improvements and satisfaction. They'll be the first to fix a problem and be sure to make up for it! Just let them know! They are super friendly and helpful, you’d be surprised what they will do to meet your needs!
If your Customer Service issue needs to be escalated, you may email info@thejoydroppers.com - be sure to include your name as it's listed on your Young Living account as well as your Young Living member # with detailed information about your issue (order #, product items, etc) so that we can assist you quickly!
SILVER+ LEADERS
If you're a silver member or above, there's a special phone number just for you with typically no wait time! In order to get access to this line, you have to have hit the rank of Silver or above. Cool huh?
